The Online Report feature in InventoryPlus allows you to monitor your business remotely—whether you're at home, in the office, or on the go. Reports can be requested from any desktop or mobile device and are instantly delivered to your connected cloud drive.

� Step-by-Step Setup configuration guide

1. Login to the InventoryPlus Portal

  • Visit the InventoryPlus portal (URL provided by your administrator) or click here
  • Use your Registration ID as the username and Auth Code as the password
  • This portal works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile browsers

2. Connect Your Cloud Drive

  • After logging in, go to the Cloud Provider section
  • Choose and connect your preferred cloud storage:
  • Dropbox
  • Google Drive
  • OneDrive

3. Enable Online Report Feature in InventoryPlus

  • Open the InventoryPlus desktop application
  • Navigate to SettingsDefaults tab → General Setting section
  • Enable the Online Report Feature checkbox
  • Click Save to apply the changes

� Requesting Reports

4. Submit a Report Request

  • In the web portal, go to the Request Report section
  • Choose the desired report and submit your request

✅ If the InventoryPlus software is running and connected to the internet, it will:

  • Generate the requested report
  • Upload it to your configured cloud drive
  • Send a notification to your portal and mobile device when the report is ready

� Managing Reports

5. Access Your Reports

  • Go to the Manage Reports section in the portal
  • From here, you can:
  • Download reports
  • View them online
  • Delete old or unwanted reports

Important Notes

  • Premium Access Required: The Online Report feature is available exclusively to Premium users.
  • Internet Connectivity: Reports are generated only when your system is connected to the internet.
  • Switching Cloud Providers: To change your cloud provider (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive), click the Unlink button and connect to a new account on your web portal.
  • We will suggest to use the Dropbox as this will provide instant report delivery.
  • Report History: All previously delivered reports are logged under
    InventoryPlus → Report Scheduling → Historical Report Runs tab.
  • Email Notifications: To enable email alerts for report delivery, configure your email settings.
    Refer to the Email Configuration Guide for step-by-step instructions.
  • Cloud Storage Management: Regularly monitor your cloud space.
    Use the Manage Reports section to delete old or unnecessary reports and free up storage.
  • Performance Consideration: Reports are generated on your local InventoryPlus system.
    Frequent or long-running report requests may impact application performance. Use this feature judiciously.
  • Make sure first activate the cloud provider from website then activate the Online Report from InventoryPlus software. In case if Online Report is activated before enabling the cloud provider make sure deactivate and activate again.
  • If you want to switch to different cloud provider then unlink and connect to new cloud provider. then make sure unselect Online Report feature and Save then select Online Report feature from InventoryPlus application to switch to new configured provider.
