- Advanced features will be available to only users who opt for the advanced and premium membership.
- Request will be accepted and registration file will be delivered for only who send the payment reference no along with software serial number
- Dedicated support means support provided to user based on priority and availability of support staff. our team will be considering the support request based on priority. If any support related to reporting/template editing will be considered on low priority as it is not business urgent.
- On-call support will be provided based on support ticket raised and availability of support staff, priority of ticket will decide by support team.
