Configure Currency


Configure the currency goto Settings menu, click on "Company Details" tab.  Click on "Currency Settings" will expand section to configure currency.



Select the Formal name, Currency Symbol from drop-down.

Number of decimal places required in currency field should be entered in "No of decimal places".


Click on Save button to save the details.


Note:

    • Currency name and synbol will be loaded from Windows OS, If your regional currency name is not found then press F2 and enter the name as it is free text and Save, It will save the entered currency name and synbol.
    • Currency number format in screen is derived from Window OS and Bill/Report need to be edited according to your requirement using manage report section.
    • If you want to enable the alternate currency then enable it and exchange price need to be updated daily. In sales screen alternate currency will be reflected by pressing Ctrl+Space hotkey.
