Material In and Material Out

       Material in and Out is used for product management system and also used to transfer the product stocks from one branch to another branches.

Managing Material In and Material Out

1. First Enable Material in and Material Out (Material Movement register) in settings->defaults->general settings

2. In Home screen, click on Material in and Material Out option

3. Enter date, customer name, particulars

4. Select the Branch name to transfer the stock

5. Enter the products and qty to transfer

6. Click on Save to save the Material In and Material Out

7. Then stock will transferred to other branches

8. After that, Stock will reduce from one branch and increase in other branch

In Material In and Material Out, Option button is used for,

1. Selecting the number of copies to print, printer, enabling the print and print preview and If want to give specific bill number for new transaction you can     give in Number option

You can search and edit the old transaction by filtering date and invoice number in Transaction option

NOTE:

1. If customer come and give the old products then that old products will be taken from the material in option.
